Compliance
HRBP will utilize an extensive auditing system to assess clients current HR functions and processes, evaluate compliance, and institute best practices for improvement opportunities. Clients will have a clear report of which policies need to be developed by law or best practice, what processes should be created to support HR services, and areas of HR development that will add value to the clients.
HRBP will take the guess work out of employment law and compliance by creating HRBP New Hire Kits including employee handbooks, forms, policies & procedures, and benefits administration. We will customize or even create, a companies policies and procedures to serve as a roadmap for addressing workplace issues including workplace health and safety, standards of conduct, leave of absences, harassment and termination. This will not only minimize liability, but having these systems and policies in place will serve to lessen or even prevent potential employee litigation.
HRBP provides clients with a unique blend of practical and proactive Human Resources and legal guidance to develop and update employment policies, procedures and practices that are tailored to and best suited for their company’s particular industry, size, and geographic location.
