Employee Relations
A company’s own best interest lies in ensuring employees behave in a professional manner. HRBP will investigate, document, and determine corrective action plans to proactively address employment practice issues in the workplace. Incidents involving sexual harassment, discrimination complaints and drugs and alcohol are many times more objectively evaluated by an independent, outside third-party investigator.
