Patricia Farley Saavedra
| Saavedra is President of HRBP Consulting Services and a founding partner. She oversees all aspects of HR consulting and business development. Prior to launching HRBP, Saavedra held a variety of executive positions in the residential construction industry. She has over ten years experience in human resource management at Fortune 500 companies including Xerox Inc., Intel Inc. and Ryland Homes. While working for a large, privately held homebuilder, Saavedra was involved in start-up operations for twelve subsidiaries in multiple states. She also has significant experience in insurance contracting, risk management, OSHA compliance and Worker’s Compensation implementation as well as payroll, recruitment, staffing and employee relations. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Saavedra has lived in the Las Vegas Valley for over seven years. |

Erica Tingey

Erica C. Tingey becomes a member HR Business Partners as a Director of HRIS Technology. Erica has over 8 years experience in human resources, business administration, consulting, performance evaluation, recruiting and hiring, payroll, office management, workers comp, benefit provider programs and safety training. She is a valued addition and will provide HRBP clients solutions designed to save companies time, money and hassle in payroll and administration.
Prior to joining HRBP, Erica was with Slade Development where she supervised the Human Resources Department for 55 employees and implemented programs that contributed to company growth and a reduction in payroll and administrative expenses. She has strong communication skills and has created and implemented programs for ongoing management/client retention for superior customer service. Erica holds a B.S. from the University of Utah where she graduated with a 3.7 GPA. She is a volunteer at Summerlin South Neighborhood Board and a triathlete and road and mountain bike racer. |
